How to start your own dive bar
Keep it dirty and don't let the cops get too involved. Sounds easy enough.(edit: I think the name generator named my bar "Sleepless Debutante" which is kind of perfect for me but I'm not sure anyone would go to a dive bar with such a sissy name).
